Joe Tempel

I have been photographing in black and white and color for 50 years.
I started with a Minolta SLR camera and am currently experimenting
with a camera phone.  I try to create an abstract image from a
realistic subject matter and try to capture the light and essence of
what I am photographing.  While I have had careers in transportation
planning and founding an outdoor dinosaur museum in Colorado, I am
focusing my energies on photography
